Privacy Policy

Last revised: April 29 2017

Thank you for interacting, viewing, visiting, or engaging with our clients’ web properties (the “Client Properties”) and reviewing this Privacy Policy. It is important to us that you understand that we collect information about you when you visit and interact with Client Properties either from a computer, a mobile device, or any digital device so we have laid it out here for you.

We’ve tried to keep this Privacy Policy as simple as possible but please know that you can always contact us with any questions or concerns by clicking on the contact link, below.

Information Collection – Generally Speaking

We collect and store a wide variety of information you submit to us or give us in other ways with or without your knowledge, including information passively collected and information transmitted by your browser and Internet Service Provider, also known as an “ISP”. Some information is considered “personally identifiable information”, also known as “PII” and some isn't. PII is information that identifies you personally, such as your name, email address, physical address, phone number or image, or any information or data that can be used to identify you when combined with other information or data. Please note that we will never knowingly collect PII from children under the age of 13. If a child under 13 has provided us with PII, his or her parent or guardian may contact us for the purpose of deleting this information.

The Basics – Getting to Know You

When you visit and interact with Client Properties, we collect information that helps us better understand who you are. This information can be simple, such as what is your e-mail address, to more complex things like how you arrived at Client Properties and what advertisements you’ve seen or what petitions you have signed. The information we collect and means of collection changes at the speed of the internet and we try to keep up, so we reserve the right to change or alter the way in which we gather data and retain the right to collect any data we chose whenever you interact, view, visit or engage with Client Properties in any way.

How Do We Collect Information?

Sometimes you may give information to us. For example, we may directly ask you for personal information, which may include PII. You are free to provide this information or not.

We will obtain certain information when you visit and/or interact with Client Properties by a number of electronic means, including without limitation, placing small amounts of data on your computer or device. The information we may collect includes but is not limited to: PII, device, network, ISP, operating system, log, IP address, referring URL, event, location and other tracking, analytic and statistical information (collectively “Data”).

We Collected Some Data – Now What?

By visiting and interacting with Client Properties, you are granting us the unrestricted and perpetual right and license to use the Data we collect in furtherance of our business services and objectives. Our right to use the Data includes but is not limited to: storing, compiling, analyzing, sharing, disclosing, selling, licensing, sublicensing, conveying, aggregating (with other person’s Data and other client’s or other business’s data) and using the Data (and granting such rights and license to third parties) as we deem appropriate, but only if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You Have a Choice

How Can I Opt-Out? You may choose to “opt-out” by not visiting or interacting with Client Properties. You may also change certain browser settings and we will attempt to comply with your privacy wishes, but reserve the right to ignore browser settings and sometimes data may still be collected as rapid changes in technology make it nearly impossible for us to fully ‘blacklist’ any single user or device from data collection.

Security Measures

While we have security measures to help protect the Data while under our control, we cannot guarantee that your Data, once collected, will be 100% secure. Therefore you acknowledge that use of Client Properties is at your own risk.

Retention and Deletion

We reserve the right to keep any data collected in perpetuity. We are under no obligation to retain the Data for any particular period of time. We cannot guarantee that third parties that have been granted use of your Data by us, will not continue using the Data for their purposes.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version here, with an updated revision date. If we make significant changes to our Privacy Policy, we may also notify you by other means prior to the changes taking effect, such as sending an email or posting a notice on our website.
